Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods
The majority of orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Their days of operation are Monday through Saturday, with the exception of observed holidays. You can view the holiday schedule for UPS, here. 

Processing Times
All orders require a minimum of three business days for processing in our warehouse. The day of the order is not included in that processing window. The first processing day is the next business day after an order is submitted. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for processing.

Transit Times
The transit time with the shipping service varies based on location. You can view the estimated UPS Ground transit time from our warehouse here. Please keep in mind that the day a package is picked up is not counted as a transit day. 

Shipping Rates
A flat rate of $4.99 will be charged for orders shipped via standard UPS Ground. Orders of $99 or more will ship via standard UPS Ground for free. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.

Puerto Rico
Packages shipping to Puerto Rico will be shipped via UPS International at a flat rate of $7.99 per order. Orders of $99 or more will ship for free. 

USPS
Packages shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands, and APO/FPOs will be sent via USPS at a flat rate of $7.99 per order. Orders of $99 or more will ship for free. USPS is not available as a shipping option for orders shipping outside of the areas mentioned above. 

P.O. Boxes
A physical address should be provided for all deliveries whenever possible. If a P.O. Box is the only delivery option available to you, please select “UPS Surepost” as your shipping method during checkout.
